This is a beautiful old saxaphone. Coming to you straight out of a local estate. I know virtually nothing about old instruments, but what I can tell you is that I see no dents or dings or damage of any kind, and all of the pearl work looks to be in good condition. The pads all look very good. It comes in a heavy case with all of the necessary equipment.
