Inlaid purfling and Super-Sensitive strings. Shipping Policy: Shipment will be made with 3 to 7 business days of payment being received. Any item defective upon arrival or incorrectly shipped will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Buyer has three days to inform us via email if the item is damaged /defective upon arrival. Contact MUST be made to insure proper procedures are followed for replacement of damaged items. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the Buyer as well as insurance costs. On the occasion our local warehouse inventory may be low, those buyers whom do not pay instantly through Pay Pal, cannot be guaranteed the item will be available at the time payment is received.
