A reluctant sale ... as I have three other cornets and have just bought another Besson in an upgrade. I've had two years of fantastic playing. Valves are very smooth and the instrument's lacquer is in excellent condition with a few minimal scratchings from normal handling and playing. Been lovingly taken care of and now must go to someone else!! I conduct my community brass band but am on study leave at the moment ... Case is in very good condition, has a couple of slight tears on the brown sewn binding and a little surface rust on one of the front handle mounts. Slight discolouration on middle pearl insert but not broken or cracked. It is a Besson Sovereign, London for Boosey & Hawkes, No:928-68-801244. Water keys and two compensating valves move effortlessly. Goodluck and I know that you won't be disappointed!!!!!! Free postage within Australia.
