Returns Policy Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Goods If the item in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt. If the goods are returned faulty after 3 working days from receipt, they will be covered by warranty. We'll give you a returns authorisation code and a Freepost address to return the item to (we pay charges) As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and replace it by return post. Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong thing you must inform us with 7 working days of receipt.
