Huge, old and interesting double harmonica. I guess it is called "Chromatic bass harmonica"(?) it is 60cm long (23,5inches) One part of the instrument reads: "Ges - Des - As - Es - B - F - C - G - D - A - E - H", the other part reads : "Ges moll - Des moll - As moll - Es moll - B moll - F moll- C moll- G moll- D moll- A moll - E moll -H moll" I dont play, but the instrument seems to be in pretty good condition.
