For Auction ia a used, Norcom Maxi-tel Remote Broadcast Phone Line Unit. It's got a few paint chips off from being hauled around, but if your looking for something better than cell phone quality for ballgames and remotes, this could be a cheap answer. I Could not locate the manual so I will give the best description I can. I tested all aspects of the unit and found everything working with clean audio. It has a 4 input mixer with individual controls on the front. Inputs can be microphone, XLR or tape(line) input using 1/4" or 1/8 plugs. The 4th input is switchable to a cue position. It has 4, 1/4" headphone jacks, with the first one having a power interlock. The unit will power from 120vac or from 8 "D" cells which I just installed new. It has a front panel LCD clock, viewable in hrs/min or switchable min/sec. It has a front panel LCD timer with start/stop/zero functions. These are powered from an internal "AA" battery which is new. The clock and timer are always active. On the right of the rotary dialer, is a -15 to + 3db led meter. To the left of the dialer is indicators for Battery, Ring, Line Loss, and Power. Front panel On/Off and headphone level control. Front panel Line/Off Balance/Null Control. On the rear is a monitor in jack, record output jack, switchable Hi/Low Boost, switchable Notch Filter, switchable Dedicated/Dial Up for the phone line binding post. I believe the unit to be in good working condition but you are buying "AS IS", with NO warranty or returns. I'm cleaning out the garage and need the space ! It is in decent physical condition as you can see from the actual pictures. Shipping charges are based on product weight and your location.
