You are bidding on my gently used, made in the U.S.A. 2007 Ovation VXT Hybrid guitar, serial # 7 0572. This guitar will give you killer electric tone via a pair of Seymour Duncan ’59 humbuckers. I hate to give her up, but Christmas is coming and…well, you know the rest. Roll the blend knob to the acoustic side and the Fishman Power Bridge will deliver sweet acoustic guitar tone until the cows come home. But in my view, the best part is blending the two tones to dial in your own distinct sound. This auction includes the original Ovation hard shell case, hardware and all case candy. I’m also throwing in a pair (always good to have a spare) of road-worthy Stereo Y cables made by the pros at Guitar-Cable.com. The cables are clearly labeled. Use the cable labled “ring†to plug into your acoustic amp and the cable labeled “tip†to plug into your pedal chain or electric amp. There’s a switch in the back next to the 9v battery compartment for mono in case you want to run the guitar into just one amp, but I highly recommend sending the acoustic signal to the house PA or to an acoustic amp. If you want to go the single stereo cable route, I’m selling a really nice Startouch stereo pedal in a separate auction that will let you A-B the electric and acoustic tones or blend them.
