Piano located in BALTIMORE, MARYLAND (town of Catonsville - 21228, right off I95, about 10 minutes from BWI Airport. This is one of several pieces of furniture we have listed for sale. Most of the items are almost new - we did not expect to be combining households or we would not have bought all this nice furniture. There is a LITTLE room for negotiation on a few of these items but we have drastically reduced the prices already to get them sold. THESE ARE PICK-UP ONLY. This piano will take 3 men to move it. Moving it was amazingly easy - lift it up on a short, square double wheeled dollie, strap it down, roll to the door, lift up over the door step then roll it down a metal ramp (which is covering the steps) then roll it to the truck and up the ramp into the truck. It took about 10 minutes to get it from the house to the truck but we did have experienced helpers and rented the right equipment (the ramp and dollie were key to a successful move). Piano is on ground level - 4 steps down from the house to the sidewalk then a straight level shot to the street. PREFERRED PAYMENT is good old US Dollars, however, we will also accept Paypal, Money order, BANK CERTIFIED check - NO personal checks. PRICED TO SELL!! Fantastic player piano! Pianola player piano with bench – manufactured by Aeolian Company. Good working order, can be played manually, electric or pump (foot activated). Plays 2 different styles: regular or pull the lever and it plays old-time Nickelodeon style (tin / rag time tone). Has a lovely tone but since it has not been tuned for a couple years, I'm sure it needs to be tuned. Piano: 27†wide, 60 ¼†long 45†high; Bench 13 ¾ “x 29†x 21†H. Plays regular QRS and like kind piano rolls. It comes with ONE piano roll. Piano is ABOUT 12-15 years old. We bought it brand new at a cost of OVER $5,000.
