Here is the Ethnic Painted Copper Tunable Irish Whistle in high D. This is a high range whistle. It is made from beautiful copper tubing and has an acrylic fipple plug. It features a tuning slide (allows the whistle to break down into two pieces). These whistles sound amazing! The whistle is tuned to A440. The Copper whistles are available from high E above a high D down to Low A below the Low D. All instruments are hand made by a musician for musicians. These are not massed prodced in Pakistan or China like most of the cheap instruments sold on Ebay. They are made to sound as good as very expensive Whistles yet made of inexpensive materials to keep the cost down. The Fipple design is simple yet producing a very good sounding whistle. They will play a full two octaves, and have good responsiveness. Since they are hand made there is slight variation from one instrument to the next, but the design is solid and the sound of each whistle produced is excellent.
