franklinmott Store They say a carpenter can never have too many clamps and the same holds true for a drummer. This is new, but very slightly shop-worn Pearl AX20 two hole clamp. It has never been out of the shop, but the original packing is looooong gone. Both sides will work on a just about any size pipe, but work optimally with the very common 7/8" size. There are many clamps like this on the market today, but Pearl was the first company to introduce this very versatile and utilitarian design. There are dozens, perhaps hundreds of uses for a clamp like this: add a cowbell holder or small timbale to your hi-hat stand; add another cymbal boom or tom arm to a cymbal stand; add a goose-neck for a mic to a tom-arm; the list goes on and on. The picture shows two clamps to demonstrate how the hinged jaws open to make changing configurations easy, but the auction is for just ONE Pearl AX20 clamp. I've saved the best for last, NO RESERVE!
