An Early C.G. Conn Cornet in "as found" project condition. I would date this piece Circa 1900 or possibly before. It is engraved, "C.G. CONN, ELKHART, IND". Underneath the old dirt and oxidation there is nice fancy engraving. It will need total restoration and we will let the pictures tell the story. This cornet measures 11 ½" in length by 7 ½" high. Also included is a mouthpiece that was found with it. Overall, a great early one to restore!!! Please check out our other auctions for several more of these old classic pieces!
