Has the Original Label, that reads "LD Streamline Accessories London". Nearly 10" long, and 3-3/4" dia. at the big end, it is Hand Made, and the cast Aluminum end turns by hand to change the diameter of the wood opening in the end. There are four different openings, and it adjusts very easily. This is likely 1940s or before so the cork needs replacing, but that's real simple. Overall condition is excellent.
