REMO TOM PACK 10",12",14" COATED CS EMPERORS®, BLACK DOT This is a set of the following: 10",12",14" COATED CS EMPERORS, BLACK DOT These are the heavy-duty version of Remo's famous Controlled Sound heads, having two plies of film instead of one for harder playing and longer life. The outer area of the head’s playing surface offers mid-range tone and sensitivity while the laminated center “dot” adds durability and tonal focus. Coated Controlled Sound heads are one of Remo’s most preferred snare drum heads. These are true CS heads, but Remo stamps this version with their 'Emperor' stamp. Most online stores charge about $44 for these, but you can get them here at Mooseline for less! We are a family-owned company and genuine Remo dealer, committed to providing the best merchandise and service possible. We sell over the Internet only (no brick-and-mortar overhead costs), and we're located close enough to Remo that we pick up all our orders ourselves (so we incur no delivery costs). Flat shipping fees as advertised (U.S. domestic or Canada export) apply to drumhead orders only, unless otherwise stated. Mooseline Percussion provides a limited Refund/Replacement warranty. All sales are final unless an item is materially defective. To place a claim, Buyer must e-mail us within three (3) days of delivery. DRUMHEADS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PLAYED ON TO QUALIFY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT! Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Contact us first to discuss the return and obtain a Return Authorization number. Send it via a service that provides proof of delivery (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery Confirmation). Send it to us at our mailing address. REFUNDS are limited to the original purchase price only, and will be sent via PayPal or mailed company check at our discretion. REPLACEMENTS are limited to the same item only. If Buyer returns an item without our prior acknowledgement, we will charge a restocking fee of $10.00 or 25% of the original purchase price, whichever is greater. Q.
