All yarn and cord mallets are machine wound for consistency. If you are not completely satisfied with the mallets, you may return them within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping: US Shipping is done through the United States Post Office. I use USPS Priority mail unless another method is requested. Most Items will be delivered within a week or so of your payment. However, it could take a little longer depending the size of your order and over all order volume.
