This is a Siemens Gigaset 4215 Base Station and phone. It does voice dialing, of saved numbers, and has an answering machine built in. It has served us well, rechargeable batteries are included as in the original box, manual and accouterments including phone line, power block, belt clip. For some reason the phone has stopped registering with the base station. Everything powers on, etc, and charge carries through the base, but the phone will not connect to the base station. As such it does not work. It may be that there is a simple fix, or that it can be reset. Frankly, I haven't tried much b/c we are moving and not going to have a landline at the new home. Please bid accordingly. And thank you for your interest. Also, there is a small blemish near the earpiece. See the second photo.
