This auction is for a SONY Booth Recorder model ER-840 single cassette unit in brand new, never been hooked up condition. I do not have the original packaging, but I always pack my items to withstand the postal service during their RUGBY sessions. This is the first of two that I'll post for auction. 120 VAC 60Hz 30 watts. It features a full metal cage for secure protection. There are two wired connectors and an AC power cord for hookup to system. This is a very heavy unit that weighs 14 pounds without packaging, which weigh 16 1/2 when shipped. It has an on-off power switch on the front along with a counter with reset button.It has headset jacks with volume control along with eject-call-repeat-fast reverse-stop-PLAY-fast forwardand a drill function button plus a skip back button feature. One connector uses 6 wires and the other connector uses 8 wires. I have not got the paperwork or box, but I took it out of the sealed plastic bag that it came in and know that it is new and never been installed, just on the shelf with the other unit that I will put up for auction also. This is a very well built unit that is built to last. The face measures 11" x 8 1/4" and the unit is 5" deep.
