For sale is a used Sony MXP-3000 VCA Module, part number T-9412-049-2. This VCA module was used on the MXP-3000 input, and other modules. It includes a dbx 202x VCA module, as used in many dbx 900 series and outboard gear circuits. The 202x in this module can be desoldered and used as a repair part for other equipment. The value of these dbx VCA’s alone is significant, so I think the price here is a pretty fair deal. This item is guaranteed to work properly.As of October 2008 we have 3 MXP-3000 consoles on hand, and are in the process of parting one entire console.
