Solid Sterling Silver Bassoon Reed Lapel Pin or Tie Tack, LARGE This is a tasteful, high-quality original design from my studio. It makes a great gift, and can open a conversation about music and bassoons. This is not a cheap, mass-produced trinket with questionable detail, but an authentically rendered bassoon reed. The master was carved by Terry Wilson, who is a double-reed musician herself; and the casting is done by a small studio in upstate New York specializing in small-run and one-of-a-kind fine jewelry. Both pin part and reed are solid sterling silver. The clutch is nickel plated brass. The bassoon reed is approx. 1-1/8" long (the same reed as in the large necklace).
