TIME PLACE AND GIRL is from the 1930 Garrick Theatre Chicago musical by Jos. E. Howard and Frank Bannister. This sheet music is from the collection of Red Nichols, NY and is in near mint condition with a stamp and a big 3 and little x. The cover is by F.S. Manning, well known artist, it has a stereotypical drawing of Black Americans and watermelons, fer heavens sake. Thanks for your bid on this extremely rare sheet.
