We obtain our instruments from a authorized reconditioning center. They have been sent to the reconditioning center for any of any number of reasons, mostly because of small finish flaws. The instrument flaw is repaired, or is so small that it is left alone. Our instruments have no structural issues, they play well. The manufacture's serial number is removed by the reconditioning company and replaced with their own serial number. Then the word "USED" is stamped on the back of the headstock. Sometimes the label inside is also stamped "Second". These steps are taken by the reconditioning center at the request of the original manufacturer to prevent the filing of improper warranty claims. PAYMENT POLICY: Immediate payment is required with “Buy it Nowâ€. Payment must be made by PayPal, no exceptions. SHIPPING POLICY: We ship all instruments within 2 business days from receipt of payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
