Dual-Element Wingslot Ceramic Pickup This pickup competes with the ultra-expensive pickups on the market, and has a few nice features that have been overlooked. The dual elements are each approximately the size of a dime, but offer tremendous output and gain. Since the elements are small, these pickups fit in many bridges that have not been notched for wingslot picups (like my bass pictured). The pickup uses quality coaxial cable (for noise reduction), a nylon wrapped inline jack (no scratches) and enough wire to mount the jack to a tail string or attached to the strut. The dual 10mm elements are cork on one side and neoprene on the other. Between the two, they allow a snug, non marring, non slip pressure mount in the wingslot. The elements can be shimmed to fit most wide slot bridges (without a lot of effort) and provide a nice resonate, woody bass sound that still maintains some high end punch. Use with or without a preamp (though I always recommend that you do). 10 day trial, return in resellable (like new) condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. No hassles.
