This is a really old bugle which I am unable to put an age on, it was obtained from an elderly neighbour who has had to downsize due to moving house. The bugle is not in the best of conditions (but I know nothing about bugles) it is dirty, and has some paint splashes (which no doubt will pick off) and a few dints which you can see on the photo. The bugle is stamped Hawkes & Son Denman Street Piccadilly Circus LONDON 1915, there is an arrow head with the number 52 under it. ther also appears to be the letter R scratched on to the bugle.
