It shows very little wear any place. Chrome is shiny, even on top of the legs. No rust or pitting either. Everything works perfectly and holds tight. Blue/Olive sticker is still intact. It raises from 32" to 70" high. All plastic handles are perfectly intact and work exactly as they should. A beautiful stand with no issues. I would rate this as a 9.5 out of 10.
