This is an auction for a vintage Hohner Tango IM accordion. The accordion is in excellent playing condition. The customer we purchased it from said that he had just spent a large amount of money having the accordian gone over and reconditioned but his wife was wanting a smaller accordion. Our repair guy opened it up to check and was very impressed. The reeds have fresh wax and all of the valves have been serviced. It has new leather seals and it even appears that the bellows is new but we can't be sure about that. It has the appearance of a brand new accordion on the inside and will certainly provide many years of carefree use. We don't know who did the service work on it but he was a perfectionist and it shows. It is 60 bass 5x12. The keys are 3/4" wide and the keyboard is 18in. wide. The only imperfection that I noticed was a very slight dip in the top of the "grill" located above the keyboard. The accordion comes with a carrying case which is very secure and solid, but the case does have some wear on it. The handle on the case has been rigged, but works just fine. There is also a nice leather harness included with the accordion as can be seen in the pictures. Buyer pays actual shipping. Please check the shipping calculator below.
