This is a working vintage Multivox Premier 120 Guitar/Harp amplifier. This would be an easy restoration project or use as is. It's powered by 3 12AX7, 1 12AT7, 2 6V6GT and 1 5y3GT tubes. The amp appears to be a piggyback model but they (amp and speaker) are attached. This stands 23" x 16" x 9" and the speaker is 12".
