This is a very attractive older two tone (gold and silver) brass Trombone with bell marked 'Revelation Made By Frank Holton Elkton, Wis.'. It looks in good overall used condition with one larger dent approx 10 inches from the bell (see picture). There are also some smaller dings here and there. The gold finish on the bell (7" wide) is well worn. This one has been in storage for MANY years and needs to be serviced including new grease in the slide as the slide sticks a bit currently. The slide is marked 'Pat. 10-27-08 Frank Holton Elkhorn Revelation'. It see one number of '385' on it which could be the serial number. I know nothing about musical instruments so please ask questions or request more pictures. The mouthpiece is gold and reads 'Frank Holton Elkhorn, Wis. 1'. The horn has both the low pitch and high pitch tuning slides. Also comes with a very heavy detachable slide hand grip which is marked 'Frank Holton Elkhorn, Wis. Patented Aug. 7, 1917'. Also comes with a 32" long cleaning rod which has its own storage spot inside the case. The hardcase shows some wear but still great for protection. Closes tight and one end of handle is broken lose. Still has a neat Holton metal emblem on the exterior. I will be using DHL for shipping within Continental US (excluding Alaska) so will need a street address as DHL does not ship to a PO Box.
