This one hasn't been well taken care of. The center valve must have been stuck because the cap is broken off (included) and the threads from the cap are broken off and still in the valve. The bottom cover for that center valve doesn't fit right ... it looks like it also was stuck and someone probably took a pair of pliers to it to remove it. It doesn't fit properly - probably needs the threads repaired. One of the valve caps on a good valve was replaced with a gold plated one. This would be a good deal for a repair shop, or if you're adventurous you might try it yourself. Quite a few dings and wrinkles, too. A case and mouthpiece are included (no-name mouthpiece).
